Our Team
Monica Beauregard
Monica Beauregard is the President of Bridgepoint. She advises clients in a variety of HR functional areas, including functional and structural HR improvement initiatives, performance management, compensation and benefits, recruitment, and HR/Payroll systems project management. She has spent the last 15 years consulting with Bridgepoint.
Prior to becoming a consultant, Ms. Beauregard held human resources management positions for some of Canada’s leading organizations including Nestles, Rogers Communications Inc., and Bausch & Lomb Canada. Her experience spans several industries including hi-tech, legal, foodservice, financial services, telecommunications, retail, and pharmaceutical. In addition to her Honours Degree in Business and her CHRL (Canadian Human Resource Leader) HRPA certification, she has over 25 years’ generalist human resource experience.
As a human resources management consultant, Ms. Beauregard has been involved in working closely with management and employees, in both small and large companies, to ensure HR programs provide added value to the business.
Ms. Beauregard is the co-author of “Hiring, Managing and Keeping the Best: The Complete Canadian Guide for Employers”, published by McGraw Hill Ryerson.
Yvonne Deveaux
Yvonne Deveaux is an HR Consultant with Bridgepoint. She advises clients in a variety of HR areas, including employee relations, recruitment, HR/Payroll systems project management, functional and structural Payroll improvement initiatives, compensation and benefits.
Prior to consulting with Bridgepoint, Ms. Deveaux held payroll and human resource management positions for some of Canada’s leading organizations including Dundee Securities Corporation and Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada. Her experience spans several industries which include legal and financial services. She has her CPM, CEBS, CCP certifications, has over 20 years’ of payroll experience and 15 years’ of generalist human resource experience.
As a Consultant, Ms. Deveaux has been involved in working closely with management and employees, in both small and large companies, to ensure processes are streamlined, documented and compliant.
Yvonne also volunteers with the Canadian Payroll Association as a Subject Matter Expert.
Marybeth Ashbourne
Marybeth Ashbourne has more than 20 years of experience as a Human Resources professional in a variety of industries, including legal, transportation, health care, telecommunications, food production and fashion retail. Marybeth has worked with leading organizations including Rogers Communications, Purolator Courier, and Holt Renfrew. Her most recent corporate position was Vice President of Human Resources at Holt Renfrew. Marybeth has been an Associate Consultant with Bridgepoint for several years both on the training and consulting side of the business.
Marybeth has had experience in a broad spectrum of Human Resources functions, ranging from training, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development to compensation and benefits. She has been accountable for program development, implementation and evaluation, always with the purpose of linking people resources to organizational performance.
Marybeth holds an M.B.A. from the University of Toronto and is certified as a Professional Coach. She is bilingual in English and French.
